This was a highlight of our Oregon trip!!
We were first-time rafters and 100% plan to return. We made a reservation the day before and it ended up just being two of us and our guide, Calvin. He did a great job guiding us, pointing out interesting facts about the river/ wildlife, directing us on when to paddle, etc.

A few things to know:
-the meeting spot is in an area with spotty cell service, so download offline maps and plan accordingly.
-Wet suits, including wet shoes and resistant-jackets, were provided. There is an area to change.
-We got some awesome photos!
-Meet spot is about 1 hour from Portland.

I went with 2 other people and we had SUCH a blast. First time rafters, whoever answered the phone gave us a suggestion of the upper Clackamas river and it was the perfect first experience with rafting. Wetsuits, waterproof jackets, and life jackets were provided. Our guide was Max, he was so knowledgeable about everything, super entertaining and made us feel totally safe. Natalie the photographer is so good, I was so impressed by the shots she got and the moments she captured. My only wish is that when you purchase photos you get your own album for yourself, instead we were sent a group album that included all photos from the day, including every other strangers photos who also went rafting that day. I will be going back!

These guys are fantastic! We did the half day trip on the Santiam River. It was a little over an hour drive from our hotel in Portland. Calvin was our guide and Chris captured amazing pics. We especially loved “riding the bull”! Too much fun. Beautiful and safe too. Thank you so much!

It was a great trip. The guides were excellent. The rafting was a lot of fun and lunch was delicious. We will definitely do this again.

To find that there's whitewater rafting in Portland's backyard was awesome! To raft we these guys was a pleasure. Professional and safe. The meal on the full day trip was an amazing spread.
